Timberframes

There is nothing like the absolute beauty of a well crafted timber frame.  We recommend the structural value of Douglas Fir however there are many species of wood to choose from.  Timber Framed buildings have stood the test of time for hundreds of years and we craft all of our frames with real mortise and tenon joinery held together with solid oak pegs.  As with all timber framed homes the drying and checking of the large timber add to character of the homes we build.  The custom frame is designed around the needs and ideas of each client.
